I’ve had the privilege to work with some of the most valuable companies in the technology sector. Here is an overview of successful past engagements.
Challenge: This company was looking to create new Edge products in the mobile space, but had no Mobile or Edge computing expertise to build and bring them to market.
Impact: Through an iterative process of market research, customer focus groups, ideation and exploring product/market fit we were able to quickly launch key new products. This resulted in over 100 new customers in less than 2 years.
Building an Edge
Challenge: This company needed to transition its portfolio to the Cloud without increasing its engineering budget. In the past, internal resources focused too heavily on legacy products and too little on future cloud products.
Impact: Through portfolio analysis and a culture study were able to formulate a plan to re-configure engineering into three groups focused on future products, short term wins and legacy support. With
well-defined limits to resource allocation, the company accelerated key product roadmap by 2 years.
Moving to the Cloud
Challenge: This company was seeking to add CDN experience to its advisory board. They needed to accelerate customer penetration, help with fundraising and offer industry perspective without going wasting time pursuing “dead ends.”
Impact: Once on board, I was able to interface with several key executives across the company on a monthly basis. These interactions help facilitate high-level introductions to investors in the space. Additional discussions resulted in defining product success and a viable pricing structure.
